Week 1

Happiness Rundown

The READ THIS FIRST report and The QUICK START Guide will help you get the most out of this course. In these two reports I simplify and streamline my entire Happiness System. Then you will learn the BIG Smile Rundown and the Happiness Rundown. These two Rundowns will help you master steps 1 and 2 of the Happiness Habit.

Week 2

Beautiful Rundown

The goal this week is to master steps 3 and 4 of the HH (Self-Esteem). This lays the foundation for week 6 (Deep Self-Esteem Programming).  I explain the basics of DEEP Programming. You will learn my incredible BASIC 123 Strategy. If you want to be happy 80% to 100% of the time, you will need to apply the BASIC 123 Strategy. 

Week 3

POWER Rundown

The goal this week is to master step 5 (POWER). This step will increase your self-confidence and self-belief. This Rundown lays the foundation for week 8: Deep Power Programming. 

Week 4

BOOSTER

This week you will learn a super powerful Happiness System that may be MORE POTENT than the HH. I call it the BOOSTER. This system does exactly what the name says; it boosts and dramatically enhances your level of happiness. The reason why I did not make the BOOSTER my primary Happiness System is because it requires a few “extras”; pen, paper, and something else (revealed on the BOOSTER Report). B10 is the simplified version of this system. 

Week 5

PASSIVE Programming

When most people think about "programming the mind" they think about Passive Programming. This is the most popular form of programming. This is done at night. This is an excellent time to program the mind for Happiness, Self-Esteem and Power. I cover Passive Programming this week. NOTE: DEEP Programming includes both Passive and Active Programming. 

Week 6

Deep SELF-ESTEEM Programming

Loving yourself is the foundation of true happiness. Loving yourself is the key to real fulfilment. Loving yourself may be the greatest personal achievement. Here I explain a mind programming system that sends affirmations directly into your subconscious mind (this goes way beyond steps 3 and 4 of the HH). I explain how I was “born again” as a result of raising my Self-Esteem and I teach you how to go through the same life changing transformation.  

Week 7

ACTIVE Programming

Most people think that they must be in a completely relaxed state for deep programming to take place. For example; the standard Deep Programming practice is a guided meditation done as you drift to sleep in bed at night. What if I told you that deep programming can happen during the DAY while you are completely ALERT? I explain the incredible details of ACTIVE Programming this week. Included is a POWER MP3 for MEN and an ALPHA FEMALE MP3 for WOMEN. 

Week 7-Men

Deep POWER Programming

MEN: This week you will learn how to increase your Personal POWER, Self-Belief and CONFIDENCE to incredible new heights using a unique 5-track POWER affirmation program especially designed for MEN. 

Week 7-Women

Deep POWER Programming (Women)

FOR WOMEN ONLY: I created a special 5-track Power affirmation program for women called ALPHA FEMALE (female voiced Power Affirmations). This will take care of your Self-Confidence issues forever! If you want to be the QUEEN and completely dominate your life, listen to this program on a regular basis.

Week 8

HAPPY Programming

POWER affirmations CLEAN the mind; they remove negative thoughts. That is why I included my unique POWER program on week 7. Now that you are empowered and full of Self-Confidence, you can listen to my incredible 5-track HAPPINESS affirmation program. This two-part programming system (POWER-HAPPINESS) will resolve (eliminate) many issues. This combination will replace negativity with JOY and BLISS.

Week 9

POWER-HAPPY Intensive

1st GOAL: For 7 days you will overwhelm your mind with POWER and HAPPY affirmations using the affirmation programs provided in weeks 7 and 8. This will bring your level of Self-Confidence and Happiness to NEW Heights. 2nd GOAL: Look for additional POWER and HAPPY affirmation programs that you like on YouTube (Stacking). RESULT: Pure BLISS!!  **The Magic Bullet and Formula 39 are explained.** 

Week 10

Revolution-1

Now it's time to put it all together during a Revolution.
A Revolution is a time of concentrated mental programming. A Revolution is measured in weeks; so Revolution-1 is 7 days and Revolution-2 is 14 days. During this 14-day period you will bombard and overwhelm your conscious and subconscious minds with POSITIVE programming using 4 mind programming strategies: 1-HH, 2-POWER Programming, 3-Happy Programming, and 4-Self-Esteem Programming.  RESULT: Deep Transformation.

Week 11

Revolution-2

DAYS 8-14: The Positive Programming continues for another 7 days. You will continue to overwhelm your subconscious mind with POSITIVE programming using 4 mind programming strategies: 1-HH, 2-POWER Prog, 3-Happy Prog and 4-Self-Esteem Prog.  Deep positive changes are taking place...and you can FEEL it. A NEW You is Emerging! RESULT: A NEW, BETTER and more POSITIVE version of you!

Week 11-MIND MASTER

Now You are in Control

The Revolution is the culmination of everything you learned previously. The goal of the Revolution is to teach you exactly HOW to program your mind (this is a mystery to most people).  Now you have a practical system you can use at any time to program your own mind for greater HAPPINESS and SUCCESS. Now you have the tools and strategies you need to create any positive BELIEF you want, specially the Top 3: I am Happy, I Love Myself, and I am Powerful. Your Future looks Bright. Ahead: Unlimited Progress! 

Week 12

The BLISS Formula

Congratulations! You made it to week 12. You now have a set of Habits and Strategies that Guarantee your long-term happiness. The 3 Habits are: 1-HH in the morning, 2-Power Programming during the day, and 3-Self-Esteem Programming at night. The Strategies are the BOOSTER, B10, Magic Bullet, Formula 39, Passive and Active Programming, Stacking, and Revolution. I end this course by teaching you the amazing BLISS Formula.

Heaven on Earth!

Can you be TOO Happy? Can you feel TOO much Joy? Well, you will soon find out because the Stacking Effect of all the strategies learned will provide you with MANY techniques you can use to consistently build UP your Happiness and Bliss. And keep in mind that the Happiness Habit is still working for you in the background (you created the habit during the first 3 weeks of this course). I call the combination of all these positive factors Heaven on Earth (your future reality). So you took this course because you were sad and depressed - but now you may have the opposite problem: Being TOO Happy! ...which is the BEST problem to have!
